A few years ago I was blessed with a move to Sedona, Az for a speed course in awakening. I have since been called back to Ohio for family and other reasons, though the spiritual essence of Sedona will be with me always.

Staying “awake” in Ohio has been a challenge, though probably a necessary one. I continue to discover my true nature through the process.

I love animals, particularly dogs, and have been blessed with many special companions. For some reason I connect especially well with Dobermans, and my third adopted Dobe Capone has been quite a special gift. He was my “travelin buddy” to AZ and back. I treasure moments walking with him as he truly knows how to “be in the moment!” I also recently adopted another Dobe - a petite female named “Sunny.”

I love walking and hiking with my dogs, swimming and relaxing hours of reading on metaphysical topics. My work includes both fine art in the medium of pencil and graphic design/web design.
